Warranty conditions and Complaints Procedure
This Complaints Procedure applies to goods purchased from the Seller whose complaint was made within the warranty period of 12 months from the date of purchase of the goods. For each item purchased from the Seller, a delivery note is included - serves as an invoice if necessary after logging into their account at monsterking.eu, the customer can download FA. FA also serves as a guarantee document.When taking the goods, the buyer is obliged to check the following: whether it is a product that has been ordered (if it is a product that has not been ordered, do not unpack the goods, open them, otherwise it will not be possible to replace) the product is intact; the warranty does not cover defects in goods caused by improper use, storage or damage to the goods by the buyer. The packaging and contents of the product must not be mechanically damaged (mechanical damage means such damage to the product that could not be caused by the normal use of the product for the purpose for which it was manufactured).
